表面全体に胡麻を蒔いた様な黒い模様があり、煤胡麻竹を使用したと思われる。高さ75mm直径50mm程で小振りの棗である。富士と松林を細い線で金象嵌し内側には黒漆が施された作品である。蓋に割れが入った為、漆で金接ぎされている。
