class=\"spec\">\r\n<li class=\"dimension\">D.30cm(11.8&#8243;)\u00d7W.23.5cm(9.25&#8243;)\u00d7H.16cm(6.3&#8243;)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>This Suzuribako(a box for a inkstone) was made by square twill plaiting and triple twill paliting, and it has light and shade patterns of Susudake on its surface. \r\nA lot of layers of lacquer were applied inside and at the bottom, so the body strengthened.\r\nIt holds a inkstone and a pen in the top box and Japanese paper for calligraphy in the bottom box.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"photo\">\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/kusai.hamaya-world.net\/photos\/2007\/20073164.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/kusai.hamaya-world.net\/photos\/2007\/s_20073164.jpg\" width=\"160\" of the lid and the side were made by square twill plaiting. A part of bamboo which held a inkstone and a pen was put on the inside with about 7 or 8 mm split bamboo.
